This policy explains what information A2 Motivation collects when you use this website, and how that information is used. It applies to visitors, applicants and anyone who submits a form on this site, including the application and contact forms used to suggest or apply as a guest on The Arvind Arora Show.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form or apply to be a guest, we collect the details you provide directly — including your name, email, phone number, and information about your company or the story you'd like to share. We do not collect information beyond what you submit, and we do not use tracking methods to gather details about you without your knowledge.
How we use it
Submitted information is used only to respond to your enquiry, review your application, and coordinate any recording or engagement that follows — including scheduling calls, preparing for a studio session, and following up after an episode is published. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it beyond what is reasonably necessary to deliver the service you contacted us about.
Data retention
We retain application and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or, if you become a guest, to support the production and publishing of your episode. Information from applications that are not taken forward is kept only long enough to allow for a considered review before being disposed of.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@a2motivation.com. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
